Rear-Admiral commanding the First Cruiser Bquadron, o.133

of April 15th, raporting on the practicability of the

Occupation of the Bogue forts and to request that you

will inform the Lords Commissioners of the Adairalty that

he is definitely opposed to operations at Canton in
